How the bread was made – Wheat sowing, care and harvest, from the fields to our kitchens, to be transformed in one of most fragrant and delicious nourishment: the bread. Classic wood-fired oven and modern baking systems.
The farm animals – Just like every farmhouse, it couldn’t come without our friends, «The animals». We get to know the animals and to look after them ever since they are born, make out their feathers, eggs and characteristics.
Grape harvest – Just like before: grape harvesting with the tin bucket, the pannier and the barrel tub, and the pressing… with the feet, and decantation for final vinification.
A walk in the vineyards, fields and orchard –Itinerary to know different crop timing and processing in Spring and in Summer. All together we make out fruit varieties, by their leaves, branches, shapes and colours.

We talk about pollution far from towns, tucked away in the sweet-smelling countryside, of waste separate collection and noise pollution.

Zenevrea farmhouse lies in one of Basso Monferrato typical landscapes, near Crea Sanctuary and the Park of Sacro Monte. Inside a beautiful setting of woods and vineyards, it produces grapes, cereals, fruits, vegetables and it is a cattle breeding farm. The farm welcomes schoolchildren and groups with learning and cultural activities. For those who wish to, there is the possibility of overnight stays with rooms and food service.
