Laboratories take place all year round and, on booking, also Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
The different laboratories are carried out in the farm or at the cattle ranch/factory outlet: Cantina La Villetta holiday farm, via Roma 8 – Villaromagnano, and Giambolino Farmhouse - Carbonara Scrivia.
Nicoletta Calandra Farm covers about 30 hectares of land, 6 hectares cultivated with Tortona Hill DOC (Controlled designation of origin) vineyards, producing Barbera, Dolcetto, Croatina, Freisa, Merlot and Timorasso grapes. Grapes are rigorously selected in the vineyard and wine is carefully made under the supervision of a skilful oenologist. The farm raises Piedmont cattle breed, feeding the animals exclusively with plant origin food rations, mainly produced by the farm. We grow our crops paying attention to the environmental impact. We raise slaughter pigs and produce our «renowned» salami. Our restaurant can accommodate 35-40 people. Customers can enjoy creatively reinterpreted traditional dishes. The farm extends across two neighbouring municipalities: Villaromagnano and Carbonara Scrivia.
